Returns & Refundable

Return Notification:
Contact us at info@patienik.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns must be approved before sending items back. Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will cover return shipping (within 7 days) and offer a replacement or full refund after inspection.

Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% handling/restocking fee will be deducted. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Items showing wear, misuse, or poor packaging may not qualify.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Issued to the original payment method.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours before processing. Contact us immediately at info@patienik.com

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Opened health, beauty, or personal care products

  • Partially assembled furniture, mattresses, or bedding

  • Pierced jewellery (earrings)

Exchanges:
Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange.

Shipping Recommendations:
Use trackable shipping for returns, especially for items over R450.
